“Flavorful, warm, and seasonal” – this is how Chef Frederic Kempf describes his style, which he serves to our guests from 11 AM to 5 PM. His cuisine combines French culinary tradition with seasonal products and international influences.

In fine weather, we serve our bistronomic menu on the sun terrace. When it is stormy and snowing outside, you can enjoy our dishes comfortably in our Murmelstube. Reservations are kindly requested.

“Eat yourself happy” is the motto of our uncomplicated brasserie cuisine, which we serve our guests from 11 AM to 5 PM. The focus here is on classics that simply always taste good.

In fine weather, we serve our brasserie menu on the sun terrace. When it storms and snows outside, you can enjoy our dishes comfortably in our lounges and the bar. Reservation not required.

In our patisserie, we craft small sweet creations that place equal emphasis on taste and craftsmanship. Classic French patisserie meets seasonal ingredients and modern concepts.

Whether it’s a petit four with coffee, a dessert for your meal, or a slice of cake for a treat – everything is prepared in-house.

Our umbrella bar is the meeting place for anyone who would like to linger a little after a day on the slopes. Located right by the piste and just one turn below the hotel, it is the perfect spot for a relaxed après-ski.

Whether it is a beer, a refreshing cocktail or a hot mulled wine – this is where people meet, share the day’s skiing experiences and round off the day in a cosy atmosphere. There are also savoury and sweet snacks for a little bite to eat.
In fine weather, the umbrella bar is open daily from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

The Murmelstube holds a special place among our restaurants. Guided by the philosophy of “Alpine Plant Cuisine,” a new evening concept featuring vegetarian and vegan menus is presented here. An example is the braised leek with vinaigrette.

Chef Frederic Kempf combines his classic Alpine cuisine with French influences and modern nutritional trends. The Murmelstube is open from Wednesday to Saturday, 6:30 PM to 10 PM. Reservations are kindly requested.

Small plates, big delights. Crispy prawns, blinis with smoked trout, an Alpine snack board, or homemade terrine in a glass – our bar invites you to a culinary break.

From 11 AM to 5 PM, our bar menu features dishes for sharing. After 5 PM, it transforms into uncomplicated finger food, perfectly complementing a fine glass of wine, a cocktail, or a relaxed evening at the bar.
