Your Christmas break includes:

• Breakfast. A generous spread. A wide selection of breads, homemade muesli, raw-milk cheese, fresh fruit and egg dishes, freshly prepared for you.
• Christmas. Three set menus. Head chef Frédéric Kempf combines festive classics with his signature French style. On the menu: trout roulade with horseradish cream, monkfish medallions or pike cakes with spinach and beurre blanc.
• When the day’s skiing comes to an end. Hot punch. Freshly baked waffles. And a view of the Ötztal’s three-thousand-metre peaks. Welcome to the Schirmbar.
• You bring the presents. We’ll take care of the wrapping. So that before Christmas, you’ll have more time for what really matters.
• Your tree. Your colour. Your Christmas. On request, we can arrange for a Christmas tree to be placed in your room and decorate it in your favourite colour. Subject to an additional charge.
• Christmas with a bit of history. On Boxing Day, the church opposite invites you to a festive service. The church and the hotel were once built by the same developer.
• Good to know. A deposit of 50 per cent is required at the time of booking. You may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel 8 days or less before arrival, 90 per cent of the total price will be charged, unless the package can be resold.
