CancellationWhen booking, we ask you for a deposit of 50%. The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival at the latest.
Cancellation from the 29th day – 8th day before the start of the trip: 50% of the total travel price
In case of no-show or cancellation from the 7th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the total travel price
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance! Please understand that cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
Check-In/Check-OutOn the day of arrival, the room is available from 15.00 o'clock. On the day of departure we ask for a check-out until 12.00 o'clock. Late check-out only possible with appropriate availability.
Prices & TaxesAll prices are per night and per room including Hochgurgler gourmet half board, excluding local tax € 3.50 per person/day.
- Children up to 3 years in parents' room: fixed price € 35 per child/night incl. half board
- Children between 4-11 years in parents' room: fixed price € 55 per child/night incl. half board
- Children from 12 years in parents' room are charged at the adult rate per night incl. half board
PetsPets can only be taken on request. We charge € 50 per day without meals as well as € 150 for final cleaning. We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the dining room, in the parlours as well as in the wellness and pool area.
GarageYou are welcome to park your car in our garage. For this we charge €20 per day and vehicle.
TOP Mountain SpaOur young spa guests have unlimited access to the indoor pool. In the sauna area, access is only permitted from the age of 16. The sauna area is a textile-free zone and we ask you to enter it without swimwear.
Spa appointmentsWe are happy to take your wishes into account when scheduling your treatments.
We recommend to book your appointments before your arrival and to arrange desired times with us. If you are unable to attend an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
We ask for your understanding that missed appointments or cancellations on the same day will be automatically charged to your hotel bill.
