What room categories are available?
Our hotel offers a wide range of accommodations, including cosy double rooms, luxurious suites, and spacious family rooms. From the "Deluxe Double Room with Partial Mountain View" category, rooms feature a balcony.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Yes, pets are welcome! For ā¬50 per night, you can bring your four-legged friend along. Please inform us in advance.
Are there dining options?
Your stay includes half-board, featuring a lavish breakfast buffet and an exquisite evening gourmet menu. Additionally, hearty refreshments and delightful dishes are available on our sun terrace (not included in the half-board package).
How far is the hotel from the ski lift?
The hotel is located directly opposite the Hochgurglbahn II and the GroĆen Karbahn, offering direct ski-in/ski-out access. The lift is just about 30 metres away.
Can I purchase my ski pass at the hotel?
Yes, you can conveniently purchase your ski pass at our reception or collect your online reservation. The "Ćtztal Superskipass" grants access to 363 kilometres of pistes across six ski resorts!
Is there a ski storage room?
Yes, we provide a ski storage room with direct access from the hotel and the outdoor area to store your equipment.
Can I rent ski equipment?
The "Scheiber Sport" shop on the ground floor (open from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm) offers ski equipment for hire. Pre-booking is available online, and hotel guests enjoy a 10% discount.
What activities are available besides skiing?

What does the wellness area offer?
Our TOP Mountain SPA includes a spacious indoor pool, a heated infinity pool overlooking the slopes, several saunas, a steam bath, relaxation rooms, and multiple treatment rooms offering products by Barbara Sturm and Anne Semonin.
Is childcare available?
We have a childrenās playroom but do not offer private childcare. The Hochgurgl Ski School provides childrenās ski lessons, which weāll be happy to arrange at reception.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, our hotel provides complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the premises.
What are the cancellation policies?
ā¢ Standard bookings: Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. After that, the following fees apply: 50% for cancellations up to 8 days before arrival, and 90% from 7 days prior.

How do I reach the hotel?
The nearest airport is Innsbruck (approx. 100 km), and the nearest train station is "Ćtztal-Bahnhof." Weāre happy to arrange a (chargeable) transfer for you. If driving, please use the following address in your navigation system and remember to purchase a motorway vignette if needed:
